#3 in the King of Minami series. Ginjiro Manda sets his sights on a corrupt cop named Tatsuya, who finds himself in debt to Manda after unsuccessfully trying to scam the ruthless loan shark. The pair also find themselves chasing a notorious con artist, who is himself in debt to an even more ruthless real estate tycoon.

The story begins with a pair of siblings, Ah Mun and Ah Long who hate loan sharks because they caused the death of their father. They vowed to each other that if given an opportunity, they would rid the world of this social menace. However, as time wears on, the siblings realize they have to choose between justice and love. Malaysia’s MCA Public Service and Complaints Department head Datuk Michael Chong (who has been actively addressing loan shark problems) will make a special appearance.

Mirai Suzuki (Yuko Oshima) becomes responsible for her mother's debt which is owed to loan shark Kaoru Ushijima (Takayuki Yamada). To begin paying off her mother's debt, Mirai begins working at a dating cafe. Meanwhile, Jun (Kento Hayashi) is the ambitious and greedy company president for an event group. To borrow money, Jun visits Kaukau Finance owned by Kaoru Ushijima.

Loan shark Ginjiro Manda meets an old friend, banker Imamiya. Harassed by his manager and pestered about past mistakes, Imamiya commits suicide.

A pair of schoolgirls get caught up in a scheme targeting local businesses. Loan shark Ginjiro can help, but first things first: what’s in it for him?

Sawamura, a contract part-timer dragged into a multi-million yen internet business, and Kamo, an office worker who lavished money on a beautiful club hostess, arrive at Cowcow Finance, the office of black-market lender Ushijima.

Osaka loan shark Ginjiro meets Tomoe, a childhood friend of his friend Ryuichi, but the lonely Tomoe has fallen in love with a man she met online.

Loan shark Ginjiro Manda meets with a former client, design firm CEO Tominaga. It was Tominaga’s wife who saved Manda from bankruptcy 10 years ago.

Ginjiro lends 50 million yen to a man named Sugaya, who dies before repaying it. Sugaya’s daughter appears with a photo of someone unknown to Ginjiro.
